A bathroom has no direct sunlight and measures approximately 1.5 metres x 1.8 metres (2.7 sqm or 29 sq foot).

Would one radiator which produces an output of 1192 W (4071 BTU) be adequate?

Thanks.

What do BTU/W calculators tell you? There's loads of them online.

Our old bathroom was n/east facing, with 3 external (Victorian) walls, and a roof that coyldn't be insulated very well due to its construction.

We took the figure given by an online calculator (B&Q I think) and added about 50% ish, and it was toasty.

There are plenty of BTU calculators online. Simple one just take in to consideration the 3 dimensions of the room. More complex ones will ask about the construction, orientation, insulation etc. Do a few and see what sort of readings you are getting. My initial hunch is that it should be okay.

    As everyone else says...
but 4k BTU for that size will be nice and warm. I've used these calculators quite a lot recently.
