As the OP hasn't had the responses he wanted, we must let him go ahead, then moan , on here, when things don't turn out the way he wished.
Regarding type of tenants: some of the troublesome tenants refusing to vacate for returning owners, were professional people (a teacher and an accountant come to mind), who had seemed to be the perfect tenant, paying on time and keeping the property in good order....until required to leave.
Here we go again...'let him go ahead and moan'.....like the situation is going to be a moaning situation and I wont succeed with a great tenant. Pathetic. You can clearly see optimism vs not in a few sentences. Jesus0 -
Is this the flat you've just moved into? Is it mortgaged? Will your mortgage provider allow you to rent it out?
As you've only just moved in, they may decide that you've got a residential mortgage under false pretenses and refuse permission.0
