Does your company reward Loyalty?

No, but we are funded by donations so i don't necessarily expect it. I enjoy my job though and it's reasonably well paid for what it is.0

I'm in Retail and the longer you stay with the company the more holidays you get as the years build up.
People who've been there a long time (i.e. 25 years) get a meal out on the company too.
I know it might sound corny but I feel my loyalty is rewarded by knowing my employer trusts me well enough to know what I'm doing and that they actually want to see me progress. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
Two days extra holiday after 5 years service, four days after 10. I hit the 10 year mark this year, and it's going to make it difficult to leave. I am used to my 30 days leave, and I doubt many other companies would offer as many to new starters!0
