Sold 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of trainers on eBay and made £54! They were all worn and gathering dust in the wardrobe, so pleased with myself. Went through my fabric stash and have lots of designer fabrics to sell as well, so will be listing them tomorrow. I can almost see the desk in my craft room!
Out
1 bag of felt scraps donated to museum project
1 bin liner of assorted fabric donated to museum project
2 ice cream tubs of beads donated to museum project
2 old boxes for storing paper chewed by my rabbit
Lip balm that went through washing machine and smelled weird
1 box kid's toys for visitors (when my friend's kids were small) donated to charity
3 guidebooks to places we're not going to visit again donated to charity shop
About 50 pens that didn't work from all round the house
About 30 pencils collected from various events and places or bought from pound shop - mostly blunt or broken

Even though i have listings on a couple of local fb selling groups I'm really not getting much interest at all so i took the phone to a buy and sell shop in the city, not forgetting to buy a cheap pound shop charging lead on the way, as one of you so kindly suggested
Last week is over now, and what an eventful/tough/emotional/exhausting week it was!
Moving on to bigger and better things now. This week we are going to start sorting out stuff which i can take to the charity shop en route to the bus stop each day for work and we'll sort out things for the tip so we can do tip runs on saturdays0 -

I've been trying to sell a lot of my bulky baby items this week but not had any interest at all unfortunately. I'm hoping they will go soon as I could do with both the money and the space!
I'm hoping to list some more bits on eBay in the morning. Unfortunately as I've mentioned I'm selling on there a lot lately, relatives have started giving me bits to sell for them too. I feel bad complaining because they do help us out all the time too, but it's bad enough having piles of my own stuff lying about without adding other people's rubbish :rotfl:0 -

Chomping at the bit to join in, I try to be a very organised person and believe everything has it's own home, sadly my family don't agree!!!! After Xmas our house is bursting at the seams, I have already decluttered and organised DS (7 years old) room and did my bedroom last weekend, I like the idea of decluttering 2017 things over the year and my intention is to declutter kitchen tomorrow, we are sorting out my grandparents house so lots of stuff is coming into rather than out of the house which means I will need to decutter extra to make room for stuff from Nan's
1-20. Decluttered items from my bedroom underestimated here but it's a good place to start .....0 -

I've been busy rearranging my bedroom over the last few nights and yesterday. I live in a fairly small place, so my bedroom doubles as a study too, with my computer desk and some bookcases. Previously I had the bed protruding in the middle of the room, but I've been able to move things around such that it is now in the corner. The difference it has made is brilliant! The room just looks so much more spacious now, and there's much more room to move around. The only change I've made to the furniture is replacing a canvas covered wardrobe (now disassembled and packed away) with a similar style but much narrower shelving unit. This has meant rearranging where all my clothes are, with jeans etc now on shelves rather than hanging. I have another fairly slim wardrobe which I'm now just using for shirts, coats and smart trousers. This has left me with about 30 spare hangers! :rotfl: I'll keep a few, but there will be plenty going in the bin soon enough.
Really quite pleased with how the room looks now!0
