If you can travel within the next 6 weeks, have a look on the Inghams ski and Crystal ski package holiday websites to see if there is a beginner's bargain.
If not when do you want to travel?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
We went to Finland last year, great for new to skiing (as we were) not too expensive not sure about singles bit tho Google Levi in the artic circle6.72kw Pv Ja Solar 280w * 24 panels, Solar Edge inverter, South facing no shading.

Don't worry about booking a specific singles ski holiday, as they are so sociable that being on your own isn't a problem as long as you don't go self catering. I've been many times on various ski holidays alone and always had a great time. The most sociable sort of ski holiday is probably a catered chalet but this can be expensive for a first time skier.
This year the snow in the Alps hasn't been great so go somewhere high (1500m would be good). Neilson do beginner weeks in Borovets, Arinsal and Les Deux Alpes which would all be suitable (though I've not checked the accommodation).
A useful forum is snowheads if you want specific advice on resorts etc.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -

Pandora has given you the best advice to be honest. The snow was disappointing last year but is looking to be slightly better from the New Year onwards. Weirdly, there's more snow close to Athens than many areas of Switzerland at the moment. Just to give you as idea, many areas of Switzerland have limited or even banned NYE fireworks because the weather's been so dry lately that there have been fires.

Join a dedicated forum for updates. Go to a slightly bigger resort as some of the villages can be quiet in the evening if you're travelling solo. I love the Austrian Tyrolean villages, but friends who are regular skiers tend to vary their trips between the Tyrol and Andorra.0 -
