Goldboxdeals and iPad

Hi there,
I bought a brand new iPad through goldboxdeals from groupon a few weeks ago now. When it arrived it was in fact a refurbished iPad sent out to me rather than a brand new one. After numerous emails i managed to get the information needed to send it back. I received confirmation that it had arrived in the warehouse and was waiting to be added to the refund list before Christmas however, today I contacted them again and have been told a replacement has been sent out, which was not what was agreed. This company have had my money for weeks now. Please can you help me? I asked for the managers email and was sent an invalid email. I am very worried as this was over £300. Look forward to your help.
