Well spent most of xmas sorting out my phone, my phone packed up contacted them after three orders and no phone later eventually told them I was going to my local shopping mall to get it from their store no problem you would think they set up the new phone 24 hrs later no service, problem with the sim they put in so they swapped it thought it may or may not work due to a problem with their computer side of things, anyway the sim decided to work after 10 mins great a phone you would think then a day later no service they were updating it on their end and said don't worry wait 2 hrs as we are setting it up this end then switch it back on still no service, after an hr on the phone they are now looking into why again. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh loosing the will to live me thinks

I ordered a vodaphone phone which was a very good price compared to competitors with some reservations after seeing comments on vodaphone's service. Within two days the phone lost all service due to not having a DD paid (not humanely possible to pay the DD in two days). I sent the phone back immediately thinking oh god, what people say is definitely true.

Unfortunately vodaphone got their revenge. They say I didn't return it within 2 weeks although I actually received confirmation they'd received it back within a week (moved a couple of months later, can't find the paperwork).

So now my credit rating is down for £45 that I don't even owe. Contacted Vodaphone and all they will do is confirm the phone wasn't returned in time even though it was. Didn't discover this until a few months ago.

Would advise anyone to not deal with Vodaphone, not even begin to order a phone from them. I suppose the only consolation is that it could be worse.

Been back to shop phone still not in service apparently been set up wrong and now phone is confused as to many sims on phone and can take up to a week to sort loosing the will to live

Buy a small box of full stops and use one from time to time.
