Hi guys,
I've got a PCN from Parking Eye Ltd due to not paying at the pay n display of the Crown Wharf shopping centre.
The Date of event is 22/11/2016 and the date issued was 09/12/2016 - am I right in that as they didn't issue until 14 days that this is void? This was not a windscreen notification but came in the post.
I've got to lodge an appeal by 6th January latest so would I be able to get this thrown out as they breached the law of issuing within 14 days?
Any help is greatly appreciated

no, it does NOT make their invoice "void"
an invoice is merely that , ie:- an invoice
check to see if POFA2012 is mentioned at the bottom of the NTK, like CM tells people to do daily on here, plus read the NEWBIES sticky thread
many companies do not even adhere to POFA2012
do not reveal who was driving
APPEAL USING THE BLUE TEXT TEMPLATE , AS KEEPER , ON THEIR WEBSITE
no additions or subtractions , except maybe to state that the NTK isnt POFA2012 compliant (if it isnt) , so as keeper you are not "liable" for their invoice due to it exceeding the 14 days guidance in POFA20120 -

See the linked example in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread and confirm. Yes, the non-POFA version?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
