Sky Go

Hi,
I am unable to get Sky go to work on my laptop.
My laptop is running windows 10 and i have uninstalled silverlight and then downloaded it again when prompted by the sky go website.
All i get now is the error code 6036
I can't seem to sort this problem out.
Any help appreciated.

    What browser are you using? Try a different one to see if that helps.

    I think it won't work on Chrome or Edge but an old version of IE is fine.

    Why do sky insist on using silver light? It's so restrictive.
    Look at Netflix, it runs seamlessly on any device.

    What error if you try viewing via Go.sky.com

    Edited correct link.
