I've just done it , it's really easy, around 20 questions and i didn't answer them all, only took a couple of minutes. when you've entered your contact details scroll down a little so you can opt out of them sending you e-mails etc.0

Looks like you have to be under 40 as one of the questions is about what you will do before your 40 or something like that
