I've spent a couple of hours doing my schoolwork and actually it's helped me feel calmer about going back tomorrow, at least I feel like I know what's going on again and I know what I need to be getting on with tomorrow.

Now I'm sitting on the sofa with a cup of tea watching the Marathon, it brings back the feelings of lining up waiting for the start - it was a few years ago now but amazing memories :T

So this morning I checked the parcel tracking and it says "Out for delivery with the courier" so I emailed them back, gave them the correct address and ... 3 hours later it says they've tried to deliver it and it will now be delivered tomorrow  As soon as I got home I went on their webchat and spent over an hour talking to them, going round and round in circles and largely getting absolutely nowhere. The decided I couldn't change the delivery address after all, it needed to be the sender, and even then it would take 48 hours to update it  I was not letting that happen so after more discussion they said I could nominate a neighbour to leave it with, so have nominated my old neighbour but they need to forward it on to their investigation team, so it may not be delivered tomorrow, but hopefully at some point this week   They are beyond useless :(:( The whole thing has become utterly farcical now :(

I'm sure no-one will be surprised to hear that there is still no sign of the parcel and no response to my email I sent them yesterday that they said would be replied to within 24 hours. The tracking page has said "out for delivery today" all day today but clearly that talks as much **** as the rest of their company   Please anyone reading this, never ever consider sending anything via MyHermes ....

I had another 1 hr 15 minute webchat today ... followed by emails back and forth with the ebay seller who also has had 2 webchats with myhermes ... finally it looks as though they have agreed to deliver it to my new address. Not sure when this will be though, they have to send a confirmation email first and that can take up to 48 hours  then it has to go to the courier etc ... so don't hold your breath, but maybe, just maybe, at some point it may arrive ;)
