Big Thanks to Trespass, Glenrothes

I bought a pair of waterproof walking boots there last September and after the first few soaking proved that they were indeed waterproof I cleared away the receipt and guarantee (as one does).
However, fast forward a couple of months and a few hundred miles and the boots started letting in a little water. I went back to the store and asked if anything could be done without the receipt and the manager (after inspecting the boots) put through a 'goodwill refund' in shop credit to the full price that I had paid :T :T

I had no hesitation in selecting another pair and paying the slight difference in price and left the shop feeling really good about the service that I had received this morning :) :T :j
