Student Loan Salary Sacrafice

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has come across this yet? I was hoping that my employer could start making contributions to my student loan through salary sacrifice? This would save a tonne on tax! Does anyone know if this is possible?
P.S. I realise the scheme would have to be in place before April as they are changing the SS rules!
Thanks in advance! :-)
