Manufacturer sent wrong item 3 times

Hello everyone!
I bought a computer part in March which then had issues in August. The manufacturer (not re-seller i purchased from) accepted it was faulty and allowed me to return it for a direct swap. So I sent it away and hoped I would get my replacement soon.
Time passed and I contacted them well over 30+ times asking for updates and was given generic answers and told to basically wait. At the start of December I received a dispatch email saying my item had been dispatched.
The item that they sent was not the same model that I had originally purchased, it was around £500 cheaper. I sent this back and they then apologized and sent the exact same card back out. They then did this again for the third time. I got really pee'd off but was assured by costumer support that they will right this.
on the 22nd I got an email saying my item had been dispatched with the serial number of the item. I checked on the website and it is the wrong item yet again but they also have sent out the correct one.
Now I have the correct one and the cheaper one in my possession. My question is do I need to return the cheaper one? I really don't want to pay anymore money for the benefit of these idiots.
TL;DR : Company messed up multiple times, wasted hours of my time and sent me two items. Do I need to return them? I never purchased from them so they only have my address and name and not any credit card information.

Do I need to return them?
Yes, but at no cost or risk to you.
Email the company asking them to send you a reply paid label. Once you have that then return the item and make sure to get proof of postage (given the company's inability to manage their mail this seems particularly important.)0 -
Inform them of the cheaper item was delivered via email and letter form, give them so long to collect it but you shouldnt be out of pocket for this so its collected when its convenient for you.0
