Halifax - downgrading account

Is it possible to downgrade a halifax ultimate account to their moneyback account? If so how?

    I read somehwere on the Halifax website (forgot where) about changing current accounts. This can be done. Just speak to someone in branch
  • yes you can change from an ulitimate reward to a money back. its not called a downgrade, but a redesignation

    all insurances will stop at that date and the high interest

    in branch you can sign a form to redesignate. be careful what date of the month you do it as no refund for the £10 if partial month

    They do, do the debit card. In branch they give you options between all accounts for you to decide, so they still do talk about it M Thomson

    I meant promotion on TV and newspapers like the High Interest Current account.
  • lol nope, but nor do they do adverts for the Ultimate reward either and thats won an award. I dunno! Just too many accounts
