Blu ray audio problems

Hi Christmas day going down hill. Just sat down the watch a film on our new blu ray dvd and can't get English to work. We can get other languages or english with audio description. Any ideas welcome?

Never had to change language on any BD is the player set to english as default. What is the BD you're trying to watch.0
