I bought a bike online before christmas. It was expected before christmas and was to be delivered by Parcelforce. When i knew it was to be fufilled by them i knew theyll be problems as i have merely heard of them as a company. I tracked it yesterday and apparently it was delivered at 12:02 which someone signed for. Long story short, im the only one living in my house. I fhecked my surroundings and my neighbors to no avail. I feel ive been robbed by them because it was signed for? I knew ordering at this time will incur problems but i just wanted my bike afterall.

What should the company i ordered it from do? What should i do? What should parcelforce do?

Sorry guys, i'm quite oldschool and i never order online unless from sending mails

Contact the company you ordered it from and let them know you have not had your bike and let them chase Parcelforce.
If you have paid by credit card and it was over £100 then the cc company are as libel for it so you can make a claim against your cc company to pay you back the cost.
Good luck and I hope it gets sorted quicky for you :0)
  • Might have gone to your nearest McCalls store or the like - I know a fairly big parcel delivery that failed from Jan 16 went into one of these stores with just 1 delivery attempt to the home address. There was no attempt for neighbour, call again or leave safe - just straight into McCalls. I remember it took some digging to work out whether it had gone to the town or village McCalls.
  • ParcelForce usually leave at the nearest Post Office, was the shop it got left at a Post Office too?

Also fairly sure you mean McColls :o
