Helped a friend with buying a new hoover. Between the two of us we managed to discount it from £79.99 to £25.99 plus cashback on topThought of you bob with your wombled hoover - AWESOME! :T
I'm on a challenge today to do yet another money makeover to see if I can spot any unnecessary spends and/or overspends on my budget spreadsheets. It's always worth a check

Hi All
Had another good day on the extras front yesterday.
£30 tip
Beer
Bacon
Box of eggs
Loads of bread rolls
Ham
Cheese
Loo rolls that are too small for the customer bathrooms.
It is funny how none of the little things seem to be worth much but then when I look in our kitchen and see three bottles of squash that are lasting ages and all came back from work for nothing. It all helps the shopping bill.
Took some Mr T receipts to add on today, whilst there saved 53p on some meatballs and did the customer satisfaction survey on my new recieot for 25 points.
Have a good week all.
Edited to say - Forgot that the £100 switching incentive was added to our new account on Friday so now added that to the YTD below.

When we were in ..hmmm... I think it was M0rr1ssons, I asked the lady behind me if she would like the points from our shopping on her card. She was getting her card out, when the cashier stopped us, asking if we were shopping together. I told her that the lady was my best friend, but the cashier was not having any of it, very politely and friendly and firmly. She would have made a good primary school teacher
Too bad I could not have someone else womble my points.
