Help required regarding photo transfer from multiple accounts please.

My daughter has 4/5 cloud accounts on two devices, each holding many photos. (All gmail), we opened a new account in the hope they would all sync across, we can see that many have gone across but equally are aware many haven't. We would be grateful of any advice please. My first thought was to transfer each accounts photos to a cd. It would mean they were out of order, but at least she would have them.
She is continually getting a message via pop up stating "unfortunately photos has stopped" giving option to Report or OK
