    I have just sent them another email cc'ing Jeff@amazon.com. I have given them 14 days (which makes it 4 weeks since return) to refund me or I threatened to take them to small claims court. Lets see what they say...

    I'm a student and £400 is a lot to me so I have been extremely worried I will be out of pocket..

    Does it show on your UK account if you log into that. I have purchased from Amazon France but not sure how well it connects. I do know that as a seller the five main European countries used by Amazon are visible when I log into the UK seller account. France is one of those so I can't see why Amazon UK couldn't deal with it but I may well be wrong.

    Hi, no the item does not show on my UK account, not linked.

    It seems court threats and emailing Jeff Bezos worked. I received a reply from someone from their Amazon France executive customer relations team (who actually provided a name this time) who said they will email on behalf of Jeff Bezos.

    My order status has finally changed to refund being processed, but there looks to be an error on the amount which I am trying to chase up.

    Never regretted clicking an order button so much in my life.
  • I bought an item from amazon france. I didn't even open the box and I sent back for refund. at 8 march they got it and at 9 march they approved refund for shipping cost and refunded me shipping back cost. Item's cost is 1074 €.

    Problems started from there. They keep saying me wait for refund full cost. They got item, they approved item is delivered to them. But they keep waiting me.

    1074€ is very very big amount for me. I'm out of pocket but there is noone help me. I tried several times to connect customer chat with translator. A supporter said I follow this issue wait 3 business days. I waited and nothing happen, he not responding my mails, when I try to connect customer help they said my collague is follow up in this thread, wait him respond.

    I'm live in Bulgaria. I don't know what to do. Any clues?

    I'm not sure what to suggest at all as any advice here would be from a UK point of view and may differ depending on the t and cs of your account where you are registered.

    If this was the UK, and I know it isn't, I would normally suggest that you just keep trying CS on the phone until you get someone who understands the problem. Again in the UK I would phone Amazon UK as that is where my account is registered.

  • I returned items to DE, Co.uk, USA even TR. But noone give me pain like that. big amount and noone cares. not even followed up guy. I'm writing him cs...@amazon.fr and not even respond me.

    Well I don't know the laws in Bulgaria, but what you describe clearly is a "change of mind" return, judging by what you say.

  • Well, after I bought item just 1 day later, they down price 120 €, I wanted price match, they refused and advise me to buy new one, I asked them if I return it is there will be a problem? And they told me no. Agent told me we will refund shipping cost too.

    So I sent it. I have transcripts of chat.
