    Many(most/all?)Spoons are not doing Xmas dinner this year since they dropped sunday lunches.

    the xmas menu stopped 22nd

    all those near us that are not hotels have closed for the day as well.

    Hope you've sorted out a nice day.

    I'm staying with family without noisy neighbours, but woke very early so went for a drive and short walk before the kids awoke and then went for a long walk before lunch, stopping at the pub enroute. Pubs here are open 12-3pm so I'd be very surprised if you didn't find one open.

    Home for Christmas meal, movie, bath & bed!
