I hadn't realised that Essex Boy! So is it very late Sat/ early hours of Sunday that the site will open? Or late Sun/ early hours Monday?

I asked at Butlins Bognor at reception if my week could be in the same Chalet, they said there was no guarantee so we packed on the Friday, took our suitcases to the left luggage room.
We spent the day as normal swimming funfair and lunch at Witherspoon.
6 hours later we booked in and was given the exact same Chalet
On the plus side it had been cleaned 😁

Butlins is the big unknown for me. i've booked over 40 of these holidays over the last 10 years, at around 30 different parks but none of them were Butlins.

Great. I wasn't looking forward to getting up for work Monday if it was the second one! I think that was how it worked the first couple of times I did the online booking :D

Late Saturday but you will need the last code which comes out in the Sunday paper, will be a long night however normal gets posted around the 1am mark ish.
  • In regards to entertainment passes and extras, if you find you have had to pay for 4 when you only want 3. Its worth contacting the park direct. We always have and they are usually very helpful in removing service charges, bedding & entertainment passes. After our holiday to littlesea in October halfterm last year we will no longer pay for an upgrade. We arrived to be told we had been chosen for a platinum upgrade (FREE) we had such a lovely time thought we'd book Oct 2017...... it would have cost in excess of £700! would definitely recommend this park, although be prepared to cook shop prices higher than any corner shop and food service on the one night we tried it was terrible an hour and a half for pizza!!

Free upgrades are commonplace with these offers, as a family with grown up children we seem to get more than our fair share.
Littlesea last April was one of the occasions when we did get the standard accommodation, but the caravan still had everything we needed and after visit to Aldi in Weymouth we didn't need to use the restaurant's and only bought a newspaper in the shop.

The last email I've had was back in September. Will the reference number from that email work?
