Yes, but the holiday cost is based on 4 minimum so you will need to pay £9.50x4 or £15x4 depending which dates you're looking at. You would only need to pay for 2 entertainment passes though (if applicable).0 -
I'm looking at doing the Sun holidays for the first time & have a few questions. Hope someone can help.
I'm looking to book in southern Spain for a week. 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant. (La Torre del Sol / Vilanova Park / Castel Montgri)
Are all of the European sites run by Eurocamp?
What sort of accommodation would we expect to be put in for our party size?
Once booked can you upgrade & if so can anyone advise on a rough price?
Obviously i'll need flights & transfers; i've read that booking around two months beforehand is cheapest; is it advisable to wait that long?
Sorry for all the questions & thanks to anyone who answers
EDIT: Just one more question! When do the European 7 day holidays run from; Saturday to Saturday??0 -

The vast majority are Eurocamp, you can Google the name of the site to check.
Most accommodation is static caravans, some will be pitched tents, the park listings in the full out brochure usually explain what you will be allocated from.
The holidays can be Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.0 -
Hi Guys & Gals
I've been a regular booker of Sun holidays, done a couple of uk trips years ago and then done France for the last 5 or 6 years. This year we have just got a dog, and not feeling like taking him to France, but thinking of doing a UK one. Question is, are you allowed to take dogs to the UK sites? is it okay at some sites and not at others?
Thanks
Mr DJoovce, Joovce you want me to spell, it's a J, V, C.0 -
re dogs - you need to check the site you want to go to allows dogs - some do / some don;t.
If you look at the website for the site you want to book and check the dates you want and see if dogs are allowed. Some allow dogs at some times of the year and not at others due to the dog restrictions on the beach ..
We have taken a dog on lots of sun holidays - but you can;t upgrade you have to stay in the basic caravan.

The accommodation is caravans or tents but you can choose when booking which one you want. With 6 people in a caravan you might still only get a 2 bedroom van as the sofa in the living room sleeps 2.
It's usually Eurocamp but could be another of the UK companies that operate on these big sites. The accommodation is the same no matter which one.
I don;t know if you can upgrade on the European sites, we have always just gone with the standard. The European caravans are usually better than UK standard ones.

Hi,good to see you again:beer:
The Dog situation isn't straightforward as once you've booked they could turn round and say that no dog friendly caravans are available.
I would advice(as so does the Sun now, that you contact the site concerned asking what the likelihood of a dog friendly caravan being available for the date you want(maybe they can hold one for 24 hrs or so to give you the chance to book)
After booking it is very important to contact the site as soon as possible to reserve a dog friendly caravan.
Here's what the Sun says
Dogs are only permitted at parks in this offer that display the dogs permitted symbol in the park listings. One small/medium sized dog will be permitted in standard holiday homes at these parks if a suitable accommodation is available. Please check with your holiday park before booking. Parks not displaying the dogs permitted symbol may accept dogs in specific holiday homes and this will be shown on your confirmation. A charge is usually required for taking a dog and payment should be made direct to your holiday park. If the holiday park does not have a pet-friendly accommodation available, we are unable to amend or cancel your holiday, as per the terms and conditions of the offer.0 -

Just realised this the other day.
I'm now wondering if the French and Dutch sites that we normally
book for this time will be open, as the last few times we' ve been on the French sites it has been the last week of opening. will have a look at the Eurocamp site to find out!
The last date a holiday would be available for a week is starting Friday October 20th
The last 4 night holiday is starting Monday October 23rd
The last 3 night is starting Friday 20th October0
