Strange isn't it, I have just requested another one as I def have holidayed in the last two years. It's so annoying as this is the first year I haven't saved the physical tokens too so I can't even apply via the post x

Can I ask for clarification if only 3 instead of minimum 4 you pay for 4 I understand but do you only put the 3 names down to only pay 3 entertainment passes if required thanks

We are a family of three. as you do the initial booking you are correct that you put the 3 names down and pay for 4. Then, when they send you the invoice for the utilities, entertainment passes and linen, i check it as sometimes the fourth pass is charged for. I also cancel the bed linen and we take either sleeping bags or our own covers.

in spain ive been to castell montgri, cypsela and eldefin all 3 i would highly recommend but heres a few pointers

CASTELL MONTGRI 293 - big site good entertainment but very very busy supermarket is a nice size and 2 pools 15 mins walk into estartit but theres also a free bus

CYPSELA 295 - amazing site amazing pool but busy in high season bus to the beach but to get to estartit you will need to drive the supermarket here was amazing cheap well stocked

EL DELFIN VERDE 294 - good clean site but quite small one pool if i remember shapped like a dolphin also you would need to drive to get into estartit

i would go with the first two but cypsela to me was best as we had a car

all three sites great if you have kids

girona is near and is the nearest airport

also if you drive and go to Flaçà theres trains every 30 mins into barcelona 10 euros return and well worth the visit takes 20 mins to drive to Flaçà and free parking

last thing ill add is we choose these due to estartit the town is great right on a 2 mile long beach and so many nice shops and places for good food
