Woodburner stove pipe......can a small run of liner be used?

After advise please
Woodburner stove with 90 degree bend. Clay chimney liner if offset, therefore stove pipe needs to be angled.
It's a small run to the clay liner
Would it be possible and safe to use flexi liner from the angled stove pipe to the liner?
