Can't find my last thread entitled how long is too long for a repair, but will keep it short

3 year old Fiat 500L purchased July 2016. Upon delivery told what they thought was a battery missing from Remote Key, was in fact all the 'innards' of the Remote were missing. New key ordered through Main Dealership.
3 weeks on a few niggly problems, went to get new key and after one and half hours told ordered wrong key but also you have major problems under the hood!!!!!
Back to garage where bought, told another key ordered - the Dealer ship told purchasing garage no, she got it wrong I said nothing about major problems!!!!
Went on holiday, car 'passed out' after 4 days, RAC took to garage, he too confirmed major problems, date 17th October 2016. The car had been back a total of 4 times with general this and that not working, and normally taking a week or so each time.

I am still without my car!!!

Several electronic parts have had to be returned to ITALY and replacements will not be available until mid January 2017 - I have paid 5 finance payments and no-one wants to help.

So, can anyone help?
