Due to the way VM collect payments when you leave you have invariably paid for the month after you've left.
Refunds are sent by cheque....what a strange way to do things. Why not just re-imburse your bank account ?
Anyway I left on 8/10, and am still waiting for my cheque.
First it was supposed to be sent out in the days after 8/12 and now it's going to be sent between 9-13 january.
Is this normal practice for Virgin ?
