Recommended London property maintenance companies

We are looking for a London based property management company who can provide us with handymen, electricians etc.? We are a buying a new apartment and would need someone to do a high quality job.

Any recommendations of well known outstanding companies?

  • Are you looking for ongoing maintenance or some one-off work to 'do up' the flat?

If it's new then what work needs doing?

If you just need one-off jobs done, why waste money on a property maintenance company? This is a moneysaving website!

Find local independant contractors, ideally via recomendations (eg your new neighbours etc) or through independant websites like Which?Trusted Traders or your local Trading Standards.

Do NOT use a commercial site.

    Or read:

A property management company would be appropriate if you were the building's freeholder and wanted an ongoing service to maintain the building, collect the flat-owners' service charges annually, undertake building repairs (as opposed to individual flat improvements) etc
