Terms and conditions

• The Ivy House Country Hotel one night stay with dinner, bed and breakfast (the Prize) is open to everyone aged 18 or over.
• To enter complete the online registration form between 10:00 on 1st December 2016 and 20:00 on 31st December 2016. Under no circumstances will late or illegible entries be accepted.
• No purchase necessary.
• Only one application allowed per postal address.
• Entry to the Draw is not available to any person who, at any time during the currency of the promotion is an employee of, or an affiliate of Greater Anglia, The Suffolk Coast Ltd Destination Management Organisation (DMO) or any organisation providing prizes for the competition.
• The Suffolk Coast DMO and Greater Anglia reserve the right to amend, alter or terminate the competition at any time where it reasonably deems this necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Suffolk Coast and Greater Anglia’s decision is binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Winner will be drawn at random on a first-drawn basis.
• The Draw will be witnessed by an independent observer.
• The winner will be notified by insert date by email or phone.
• The winner must acknowledge their claim to the prize and confirm their postal address within three days of notification, after which time the prize will be reissued to another winner, drawn at random.
• The prize may not be exchanged, resold or transferred.
• The stay at the Ivy House Country Hotel is for 1 night for 2 people sharing a double room, on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis and is subject to availability.
• Dinner will be a 3 course meal in the Crooked Barn Restaurant, drinks not included
• The prize must be taken before the end of April 2017.
• The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including a photo-call at the establishment.
• It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the promotion are accepted in full and that the entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
