December 15th i ordererd a new cooker from very.co.uk and connection. They gave me today December 22nd for delivery and when i checked yesterday still said today. Last night i had my cooker disconnected and left outside for collection this morning.

Today no delivery, went and checked again still saying today for delivery.

Ring up and get told it was never being delivererd and earliest is 28th December with the connection on the 11th january.

Spoke to very live chat and shouldn't have bothererd.

Just put everything in freezer.

Can you not get your old cooker reconnected?

And if you can't, Xmas is what you make it. So what if you can't have a turkey, get everyone microwave meals and eat them together. Surely the company you have is more important than what you have to eat.

And next year, you will all be able to sit and reminisce and laugh about it.

Or you can sit and mope about not having a cooker and let it spoil the day.

In hindsight, unless the cooker was broken you really shouldn't have had it disconnected until the new one was ready to go.
