Woodford Equity income
Comments
-
It's official, fund is being wound up around middle of January 2020.
In the meantime, fund will continue to be suspended and will be renamed 'LF Equity Income Fund'.
Woodford's Patient Capital Investment Trust is down circa 9% today as the board is under increasing pressure to sack Woodford as the manager and re-appoint someone else or serve notice to wind up the trust. Worth noting that the LF Equity Income Fund owns circa 10% of the WPCT shares, so expect that to be sold by the end of the year applying further downward pressure on the shares!

I got out about 6 months after you did at a slightly lower price. So glad i made that decision! I made about 40% return on this cash since, more than made up for woodford loss and opportunity cost.0
