1. This competition is not open to employees of Marketing Manchester, TransPennine Express, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time or Radisson Edwardian Blu.
2. Only one entry per person. All entrants must be aged over 18.
3. Prize includes 2 standard class return tickets to Manchester with TransPennine Express from anywhere on the TransPennine Express network, 2 top price tickets to a performance of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time at the Lowry Theatre in Salford including interval drinks, dinner for 2 in Pier Eight restaurant at The Lowry, a backstage experience including a meet & greet, overnight accommodation for 2 with breakfast in Manchester, a Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time goody bag.
4. The return train travel to Manchester is on First TransPennine Express trains in standard class for two people. Tickets and train travel are offered subject to availability. Prize cannot be redeemed on public holidays.
5. Return train travel is only valid on TransPennine Express train services to Manchester and cannot be used on other operators' trains.
6. Tickets are subject to availability at The Lowry, Salford between 21st January and 4th February.
7. No cash alternative is available. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-changeable and subject to availability. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The competition will close at 12 midday on Monday 2 January 2017. The winner will be contacted within 72 hours. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. No entry can be accepted if mandatory fields are not completed.
9. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Marketing Manchester or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion and/or publication of such entries to Marketing Manchester. Winners agree to grant Marketing Manchester or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
10. The competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
