EE ... Where do l stand.

I have a 24 month contract with EE for my iPhone 5 , the 24 months is up in Febuary so l'm going to finish the contract and look about for deals.
Anyway got a text the other day from carphone warehouse saying happy upgrade day and to call or visit the store which lgnored .
Then yestaday carphone warehouse phoned me to talk about upgrading and l said l didn't have time to talk so he said he will phone back, and they have phoned a few times since then but l didn't answer ..
Anyway since then l have had messages from EE saying thank you for shopping with us and how did you rate us on feedback..
So l looked up my online account and they have put me on a new contract from yestaday for 24 months for this phone but with unlimited calls and text and 7GB of data instead of 1GB data , unlimited text and 600 mins calls..
I want this contract finished with this phone in Febuary not start again with the same phone ..

If you didn't agree a new deal then you already know the answer, either go in to the shop or phone them and get it sorted.
You don't need a forum to tell you that surely?0 -
l know that l'm just asking if they have done that to other customers on this forum.. But if you don't phone or go to the shop how will they know that someone signed you up without your permission?
And you didn't ask if anyone else had had the same problem btw.0
