roof leak

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody could help me with a leak in my roof shared with 3 other flats(converted 1920's house).
The leak comes into my flat and a bit of the communal area.
Now I am leasehold and my lease states;
"the right to subjacent and lateral support and to shelter and protection for the flat from all other parts of the building and from the site and roof thereof"
I have had a roofer up there(through the managing agent) this morning and he states that the felt in the gully is knackered.It looks like it has been patched up before.They recommend replacing the whole felt(about 7 metres long and one metre wide at a guess.
They have found a couple of cracked tiles and sealed a couple of areas for the meantime. I am just waiting for the rain to see if they have done a temporary fix.
Now reading my lease who is responsible for this?
I presume split between the 4 flats?
Thanks in advance.

It is the freeholder's responsibilty to see to getting the required works done, but the cost of any such works should be shared between all leaseholders in the property.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
