Can`t log in to EDF

I`ve been trying to log in to my account at EDF for 3 days and after putting in my email and password keep getting this message

"Sorry we are unable to get all your details at this time due to technical difficulties. Please try again later."

Is it just me?

    OK - if it is just me - any ideas round it? I`m actually trying to check my elderly father`s account and I really don`t want to phone them as I`ve had problems getting them to talk to me in the past and he`s now in a nursing home

    All I can suggest is to clear cookies and try again. Failing that I think the only option is to call them.

    I can login to my old account I had with them before going elsewhere.
    Try clearing your browser history or do a forced refresh on the login page (Ctrl + F5 on most browsers/computers with a keyboard).
    Alternatively, just try a different browser.
    You could clear your cookies, but that might forget your login to other sites and annoy you.;)

    You need to have authority to manage another person's account (I do that with E.On for a relative). Details of what you need to do are here:
