Can`t log in to EDF

OK - if it is just me - any ideas round it? I`m actually trying to check my elderly father`s account and I really don`t want to phone them as I`ve had problems getting them to talk to me in the past and he`s now in a nursing home0

All I can suggest is to clear cookies and try again. Failing that I think the only option is to call them.0

I can login to my old account I had with them before going elsewhere.
Try clearing your browser history or do a forced refresh on the login page (Ctrl + F5 on most browsers/computers with a keyboard).
Alternatively, just try a different browser.
You could clear your cookies, but that might forget your login to other sites and annoy you.;)
You need to have authority to manage another person's account (I do that with E.On for a relative). Details of what you need to do are here:
