    Both points are perfectly relevant, even more so if you have the responsibility of POA.

    That was almost benevolent, unfortunately like most important topics, politics are a factor, were we to live in a predominate meritocracy rather than a lottocracy, then we could put such things aside, could we not. However things are never that simple, are they.
