Does it matter if I can’t update my Office 2010?

I can’t find the solution to this thread –

Have you changed the Windows Update setting so that you don't get updates "for Windows only"?

You may miss some security updates if you dont update

I recently had to do a complete reinstall of Win 10 with Office 2010.
I don't remember doing anything to prompt the Office updates, other than using the 'Check for updates' button, a couple of Office updates did install.
More appeared during the next few days.
