In all honesty I don't think that the amount is enough , I don't want to come across as greedy but in this instance with how serious the effect was from eating their product I would have thought that they would take the matter a little more seriously and vouchers to spend on some more of their products(s) seems like they're not that fussed.

Your advise is greatly appreciated.

So you have had this problem before and yet you bought them again and had the same reaction.Do not eat them again!Change brands or flavours,

Buy plain unsalted crisps. Salt & vinegar Pringles take the skin off my lips, so i don't eat them.

Tell me the brand please, I love S&V that do that, Disco's were once good but not anymore, although recently my addiction has been for S&V Jacob Crinkles!

Why don't you donate £5 to a charity which gives Christmas presents to terminally ill children ?

That way you'll be £1 up and you will have done something useful
