    If your former supplier plays by the book it should pay back any credit left on your account within 14 days of your final bill being sent. However, in some cases this doesn't happen.
    And to get round that "agreement" they just delay sending the final bill. Oh how the suppliers must be laughing at Ofgem - all the way to the bank. :rotfl:

    I think it is bordering on criminal that suppliers can quietly sit on your money rather than automatically refunding it. Why should WE have to investigate and try and recover it? suppliers should be forced to provide a search facility on their website to check for redundant accounts with positive balances....crooks..
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
