Hello
I just wonder if can allow to ask for money back from insurance.
Years ago I used live on council flat and I paid for building and contest insurance then I found out that council flat already cover insurance building which I should only pay for contest insurance.
Can I allow to ask for money back or too late?

What sort of contests were you taking part in? Must have been something dangerous.
It's sometimes possible to get a refund if you can demonstrate dual cover, but that would be more likely if the cover was still live. I think you have little chance.0
