Point 1 will not win. Dispute the parking point and demand photos. Take your own photos if the lines round bays are poor.
Point 5. You need to supply some evidence of the signs failing to meet the correct standard. Pictures will be needed. At the moment, all you have is a "He says - She says" with no evidence.0 -
Dead in the water since Beavis. Opening with that as your first appeal point would see this automatically rejected by POPLA.1. No genuine pre-estimate of loss4) Breach of UTCCR 1999 and CPUTR 2008
UTCCR 1999 superseded by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You really need to do more research and at least check out what you are copying and pasting. We don't have the resource to start pulling such an old and obsolete POPLA appeal apart and putting it back together again for you.
Have you read the NEWBIES sticky, post #3? There are template appeal points there to use, but please don't come back in 5 minutes with another copy and dump and hope for the best and that someone will sort it all out for you, regardless of what's been thrown together.
Take some time to read what the appeal points say and understand what they mean and how they fit (or not) with your situation, then when you're au faith with what you are, ostensibly, writing, let us see what you come up with this time! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
