photocopy PCN , write your email address on it and give it to the MANAGER stating that you expect a cancellation note by email reply
if "hundreds" are getting tickets , then there is something major wrong with that site
It wasn't actually the supermarket who began the process, it resides on the same land as a restaurant next door and the owner of that restaurant apparently owns the land. The supermarket have said it's nothing to do with them and they can't do anything about it. The owner of the restaurant just denies all attachments to the fines, and even the restaurant if you catch him off guard. Weird how people have seen him taking pictures of their cars before they receive a PCN a couple of weeks later.. just to go back and be told he has nothing to do with any of it.0 -

I didn't think otherwise, hence why I asked. Just wanted to know for sure.0 -
Does his restaurant have a Facebook page? Why not give him a '5 star' review! Warn others.Weird how people have seen him taking pictures of their cars before they receive a PCN a couple of weeks later.. just to go back and be told he has nothing to do with any of it.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
