Hi
We recently recieved a windscreen attached ticket from ukcps ltd around 15th of Dec , it was for parking in a disabled bay without displaying a blue badge. Having lost our disabled child within the last few weeks, this was done more out of habit than intentional. Now I have checked the IPC website and it states that Ukcps ltd has an inactive membership. this being the case do I ignore or appeal this notice?
Any help with this would be gratefuly accepted.
thank you

as you can see they are banned from access to the DVLA database and CANNOT get your details
even if they are re allowed tommorrow , thy cannot backdate requests
chill out and do NOT ring/write or communicate with them

Thank you for your advice. It was the retroactive checking of details that we were unsure of. We do appreciate your response.0

They can't get data for an event that occurred when they are/were suspended, so your timing in getting this PCN was perfect! Keep it just in case but nothing will happen.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

since my ticket was dated 17th dec (i thought it was 15th). Do I still wait?0 -

Yes because we don't know when/if DVLA data has been re-established and you are no worse off by sitting on it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
