Anovo Repairs UK

Smashed my Motorola phone in November. Contacted Motorola who advised to use their approved repair centre, Anovo.

They received the phone on November 25 (as per delivery tracking). On November 28 they emailed me to say they had received the phone.

A week later, I had no response so I phoned them. After waiting on hold for a good 10 minutes, I was told they would chase it up. Almost every day since, I've chased it up with the same response.

Lost my patience now. I've still not received the actual quotation to authorise them to begin working on my phone. Guarantee it won't be until January now (with Christmas holidays and delays in the post).

Anyone any experience of this shower of (insert whatever expletive you wish)?
