My wife cannot fly. Has anyone travelled to the Spanish Costas by train, and if so is there a website or any details that they could offer. Many thanks.

From the Seat61 web site " It's easy to travel from London to Alicante without flying - you simply take an afternoon Eurostar to Paris, the excellent overnight 'trainhotel' from Paris to Barcelona, then a connecting high-speed 'EuroMed' train from Barcelona to Alicante."

It sounds like a fun trip!:D0 -

There is a new high speed train link from Madrid to Humilladero (or just outside) in the Costa Del Sol. From there you can get trains down to the coast if you wish. Personally I prefer it around this area, proper Spain! You could do with a basic grasp of the lingo tho!
