Hi, I'm in a process of buying a property which is a end terrace house. There is some land to the side of the property and is reserved for Parking and for now not being allowed to fence or build. Thanks Guys for the help. I think it's better to leave it as it is. I will try to re-negotiate the price as I wasn't made clear about this situation upfront. I was told that neighbors park on that land with permission of the current seller and I thought once I move in I will ask everyone not to park or at least leave a one space for me.
