Redundancy advice

Options
Can someone please give me some direction on where things lie for myself? Its all a bit baffling and cant find a definitive answer.

The company I worked for went into voluntary liquidation. I have been with the company for 2 and a half years and had about 11 days holiday accrued. I was employed by the liquidator for a couple of weeks and then re-employed by a different company within the group on the same terms and conditions.

I assume that I will still get the holiday pay from the government?

As I wasnt in effect 'out of work' for any period of time will I still get A) 2 weeks redundancy payment for the 2 years I was employed and B) the statutory notice period given that I wasnt given any?

Many thanks

If you have started another job, prior to being given notice of redundancy, you don't receive any redundancy payment.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

You probably where, best way to check this out is talk to the HR dept in the new workplace and find out exactly what the terms/conditions you moved over on are, check the start date they have for you is the day you originally started with the first company and ask about the holiday entitlement.
