I have a large cash balance, I went onto website to draw out some from my income bonds to my bank account, it was only £2500, it asked me to input two security questions.. I got it wrong, I then clicked forgot password before the 3 attempts were made.. it then said my account is blocked and it will send a new password within 5 days
that is b**locks, they didnt tell me theyd lock my account, I presume I would of been given a place to reset the questions, and now I can't access my money until I receive a new password, odds on getting it before xmas?
At least with other bank accounts you have a bank card, my money is totally frozen. I rang their helpline and nothing, going to file a complain, fat chance that will do anything
Yes its my fault I forgot the two security questions, but this is so annoying. rant over. anyone got any advice apart from remember my security questions?

Ring them up, or speak to them on Twitter.
Their systems may be a little backward, but their customer service is top notch.
They helped me out of a similar problem recently really quickly and efficiently.I am one of the Dogs of the Index.0
