I purchased a jane powertwin, wiv car sear from www.baby-warehouse.co.uk on the 3 sep, I rec'd pushchair but not car seat which I was promised it would come 10 days after purchasing, My oh has been phoning and phoning and they keep promising and we still haven't got it!! wat can we do?

sorry bout the breifness & typing.... trying to get newborn baby sleep so doing this 1 handed!!

Have you tried putting your complaint in writing by email? If you are going to post it then send it recorded delivery. If you paid by credit card get in contact with your company as they are sometimes really helpful with this sort of thing. They usually offer some sort of protection when purchasing from internet.

I'm sure thats the same as the one my friend purchased and they sent her the wrong carseat and frame, went to her house one day and she had loads of boxes, some waiting for collection but within a few days after a couple of phone calls and emails she got it sorted, hope you get it sorted soon, hope little one goes to sleep for you for a while:rolleyes:
