New bay window - who?

Hi,
We have a bay window with flat roof and would like a 'proper' roof on it and it to be a new shape (plus a bit larger).
Who do you get to do this kind of thing?
A generic builder? A window company?
I don't know who best to turn to for it, especially as it also includes windows.

Changing the size/shape would almost certainly cost a lot for very little gain. A new roof would be easy to do and I would personally get a roofer in to do it.0
